Q: Does the Jelly Pillow come with a protector cover?
A: Yes there is a pillowcase we designed specifically for the JellyPillow. The pillow case and the pillow are included when you buy the JellyPillow.
Q: Can we use a standard pillow case for the Jelly Pillow?
A: The Jelly Pillow is a special design. The size is smaller than a standard pillow, so the standard pillowcase will be too big for it.
However, we have seen some of our clients use standard pillowcases over our JellyPillow case and fold the back to fit.
Q: Is it possible to purchase an extra JellyPillow Pillowcase?
A: Yes, you can purchase an extra JellyPillow Pillowcase for $9.90, only if you have already purchased the JellyPillow set. Please send us the request if you need an extra pillowcase.
Q: Do your quilts need a cover? Do we need a separate quilt cover?
A: No, our quilts do not need a cover. It can be used just like a blanket.
However if you wish, it can be used as a duvet inner or as a duvet without a cover. But I bet you won’t put on a cover after you touch it.

Q: If I get a quilt, how can I style it with other products?
A: All our quilts are designed for direct use, and can be paired perfectly with our fitted sheet sets.
Our recommendation is if you typically use a duvet cover, then our duvet cover set is best for you.
However in Singapore it can get really hot, hence for those who don't use a duvet, we recommend our quilt paired with a fitted sheet set.
Fitted Sheet Sets and Quilts are under different categories. The Fitted Sheet Set includes 1 fitted sheet and a pair standard pillowcases.
Adding on a quilt would be the perfect complete combo for an air-conditioned room.
Q: Is the quilt thick for Singapore (tropical) weather?
A: Our quilts are thin, light and soft to touch. We only use 100g filler for 1sqm. We specially designed our summer quilt specifically for tropical weather.
It will keep you warm in an air-conditioned room, while cooling when you wrap yourself with just the fan on!
Q: Quilts size guide – which size should I choose?
A: Our quilts are not only designed to match your bed but also your body.
We designed the Single size for children and smaller adults. The King size is mainly for couples and bigger sized adults.
We normally recommend the Queen size if you can’t decide which size to get. Queen quilt is a worth buy and fits everyone!
Q: How to wash the quilt? Can I use a dryer?
A: You can wash your quilts in three simple steps:
- Put the quilt in the washing machine, normal wash with gentle cycle (please don't use softener!)
- Air / hang dry
- Reuse it with the fresh sunshine smell
Alternatively, you can tumble dry at a low heat on a delicate cycle if you really have to use a dryer.
Our products are soft and easy to dry in Singapore’s hot weather, so we would still recommend you to hang dry. Be gentle with it as much as you can as it will last longer.
Q: How often must I change my bedsheets?
A: Every 2 weeks in general.

Q: Do you have a physical shop so that I can feel the material?
A: Unfortunately we do not have a physical shop. However we provide private shopping appointments at our warehouse or we can arrange a visit your place, so you can touch and feel our products before making your final purchase? We want to ensure your utmost satisfaction when you shop with us, so drop us an email or direct message if you have any inquiries!
